Do you want your executor and health care Representatives to be prepared for their responsibilities? I would be happy to meet with you informally and discuss available resources. You are welcome to bring a family member or friend(s). If I cannot assist you, I can provide referrals to others who may be able to help. Let's work together to navigate this season of life!

Training for home care staff
Have you considered offering staff advance care planning as a professional development opportunity? By registering in one of our monthly sessions, they will learn about advance care planning and what that means specifically for British Columbians and create a plan for themselves. You can stagger staff attendance over several months or request customized training to meet your needs.
This approach provides professional development for staff and equips them with valuable information to share with clients and their families. Knowledge of advance care planning may even help address issues of moral distress on the job.
Our sessions are co-facilitated with a retired healthcare professional who will share related stories from their vast experience. It's a great opportunity for your staff to learn and grow.
